Investors history

V3D was founded in 2006 as a spin off lab of tests of GENETEL, a QoS solutions distributor. V3D became independent in 2010 after being acquired by a new Executive team, former cofounders of SWAPCOM (become Sicap since 2007), a world leading Device Management Company.

In 2011, to accelerate its international strategy, V3D proceeded to a first capital increase with Siparex and Rhône-Alpes Creation. V3D was so able to finance its first steps and to supply to its customers the Device Quality Agent technology which overtakes the borders of the QoS.

By end of 2012, V3D finalized successfully a second round of fund raising with its historic shareholders as well as IRIS Capital, a venture capital investor, specialized in digital economy.

V3D sets the necessary foundations to industrialize its solutions and to spread them on an international level.
