• November 2006: Creation of VISION 360 DEGRES, deposit of V3d trademark.
• January 2007: Launch of offer "EQual – Customer experience measure on Symbian terminals"
• April 2007: Launch of offer "MySLA report", Web report in real time of data received from EQual agents.
• January 2008: Launch of offer "EQual for Blackerry"
• December 2008: Upgrade of offer "MySLA report" including support of technologies Web 2.0 and integration to external information systems.
• January 2009: Launch of offer "EQual for 3G data card"
• June 2009: Launch of offer "EQual for Android"
